Chapter International in Greater London is seeking an ambitious M&A Associate to join their high-growth Advisory team. This role offers exposure to the full lifecycle of M&A transactions, from sourcing opportunities to negotiation and closing.

The ideal candidate is commercially minded and enjoys working directly with entrepreneurs. Responsibilities include developing financial models, managing transactions, and engaging in origination and execution phases.

Prior experience in the relevant sectors is preferred. Flexibility to travel and work varied hours is required.
