Overview

We are hiring a Solution Architect to lead the design of large-scale platforms within the Microsoft BizApps ecosystem (D365 CE & Power Platform). This is a senior, client-facing role focused on shaping and delivering complex, integrated solutions at scale, often supporting critical national services and infrastructure. You will define architecture across systems, data and integrations, while driving innovation in areas such as AI and agentic delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end solution architecture across complex programmes
• Define technical strategy across CE, Power Platform and integrations
• Lead senior client engagements and shape solution direction
• Ensure scalability, resilience and security across platforms
• Provide governance and oversight across delivery teams
• Drive adoption of AI and next-generation delivery approaches
• Support pre-sales and high-level solution design

Skills & Experience

• Extensive experience with Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform
• Strong background in .NET / C# and enterprise engineering
• Proven Solution Architect experience on complex programmes
• Deep understanding of integration patterns and cloud architecture
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management capability
• Central Government experience
• SC Clearance (or eligibility)
• Experience shaping AI-enabled or large-scale transformation platforms
