As a Business Lecturer, you’ll teach and support learners aged 16-18 across a range of Business-related subjects. You’ll deliver engaging lessons, support learner development, and help students progress towards university, apprenticeships, or employment. Working closely with employers and industry partners, you’ll help bring learning to life through projects, placements, and real-world experiences.

The ideal candidate will have industry experience within Business, Marketing, Finance, Events, or a related field and a passion for supporting young people. You should hold a degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant subject area. Previous teaching experience is desirable but not essential, as full teacher training and qualifications can be provided.

You’ll be a confident communicator with the ability to motivate learners of varying abilities and create a positive learning environment.

The role:

The person:

  • Experience within Business, Marketing, Finance, Events, or a related sector.

  • Willingness to work towards a teaching qualification if required.
