The Role
As a Community Complex Care Nurse, you will deliver the highest standard of clinical care to individuals in their own homes. You’ll work across a variety of complex care packages, using advanced clinical skills while building meaningful relationships with service users and their families.
Responsibilities
- Delivering high‑quality, person‑centred clinical care
- Managing complex needs including tracheostomy care, ventilator support, and seizure management
- Working collaboratively with the Service Manager and wider multidisciplinary team
- Updating and reviewing care plans to reflect changing needs
- Building strong, trusting relationships with service users and their families
Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC pin
- Prior experience in ICU, HDU, or community complex care (essential)
- Strong clinical skills including tracheostomy care & ventilator care (essential)
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilitiesA real commitment to provided high‑quality care
