We are a small local construction company in Buckinghamshire/Oxfordshire looking for a reliable multi-skilled builder for ongoing, full-time work.

Responsibilities

• Rate & Package: £250 per day (8‑hour day)
• Company van supplied (you contribute £200 per month)
• Fuel allowance
• Monthly payments on invoice
• Experienced multi‑skilled builder with strong domestic/residential background
• Full UK driving licence and own hand/power tools
• £2 million public liability insurance
• Self‑employed/CIS registered
• Reliable, tidy, and professional
• Based in or willing to cover Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire
• Primarily domestic projects for regular clients, suitable for someone wanting stable income and reduced overheads instead of freelancing solo

Person Specification

Essential

• Experienced multi‑skilled builder with strong domestic/residential background
• Full UK driving licence and own hand/power tools
• £2 million public liability insurance
• Self‑employed/CIS registered
• Reliable, tidy, and professional

Desirable

• NVQ – carpentry/bricklaying, etc.
