We’re looking for a Finance Business Partner – Central Insights to deliver high‑quality reporting, analysis and financial planning that supports our Operations teams. You’ll provide clear insight, challenge constructively and help shape decisions that improve performance across the network.
What You’ll Do
- Build accurate financial plans, budgets and forecasts for your area
- Embed risks and opportunities into forecasts and support mitigation actions
- Track performance actions and provide clear insight to Operations
- Influence stakeholders to drive informed, value‑adding decisions
- Deliver concise, impactful reporting across weekly, periodic and full‑year views
- Produce variance analysis and ensure accurate period‑end reporting
- Support business cases, financial appraisal and investment decisions
- Help simplify reporting processes and improve insight quality
- Contribute to dashboarding and improved KPI reporting
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) with 4+ years’ experience
- Experience in insights, analysis or business partnering
- Strong analytical skills and hypothesis‑driven thinking
- Experience delivering budgets, forecasts and strategic plans
- Confident communicator able to influence senior stakeholders
- Collaborative, agile and comfortable managing multiple priorities
