Director, SME Business Credit Risk & Strategy

Monzo is seeking a Director to build and lead the credit risk function for lending to our business banking customers. The role focuses on designing and implementing credit and pricing strategies for small business lending, guiding analytics teams, and shaping underwriting standards.
