Software Engineer

We are recruiting on behalf of a growing SaaS company on a mission to build scalable, user-centric solutions that solve real-world problems. As we continue to expand, we’re looking for talented Software Engineers who bring both technical expertise and a strong product mindset.

What You’ll Do:

• Design, build, and maintain high-performance backend services in Golang (no previous Golang experience is required and happy to cross train)
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to shape features from concept to launch
• Take ownership of projects and influence technical direction
• Contribute to architecture decisions in a scalable SaaS environment
• Continuously improve code quality, performance, and developer experience

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong experience with any typed language in production environments (if you have Golang it’s a plus)
• A product mindset — you care about the “why” as much as the “how”
• Previous experience in a start-up or scale-up environment
• Solid understanding of APIs, Microservices, and distributed systems
• Comfortable working in cross-functional teams with high autonomy
• A proactive, problem-solving attitude

Bonus Points:

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
• Exposure to SaaS business models and metrics

More information:

• Hiring for Mid-Levels up to £80k and Seniors up to £100k + stocks
• Ideal would be 2 days a week in London but can flex to more remote if needed
