Court of Protection Solicitor (4+ PQE)

Location: Northampton

Salary: £55,000 – £60,000 + Excellent Benefits

The Opportunity

You will join a well-established team of 12 professionals and work closely with experienced colleagues on a broad range of Court of Protection matters.

The caseload will include:

  • Deputyship applications
  • Property & financial affairs matters
  • Lasting Powers of Attorney
  • Statutory wills
  • Trust management
  • Mental capacity issues
  • Applications to the Court of Protection
  • Supporting vulnerable clients and their families

The firm is keen to speak with Solicitors with around 4+ years’ PQE who have strong Court of Protection experience and are confident managing their own caseload while working collaboratively within a larger specialist team. This role would suit someone who is empathetic, organised, and committed to delivering exceptional client care in sensitive matters.
