The role
As Senior Sales Advisor, you will play a key role in driving sales performance while delivering an exceptional, personalised customer experience. You will act as a brand ambassador, building strong relationships with clients and maintaining the highest standards on the shop floor.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver a premium, tailored customer experience
- Drive sales and consistently achieve individual targets
- Demonstrate strong product knowledge, storytelling and brand heritage
- Build and maintain a loyal client base
- Support the day-to-day running of the boutique/counter
- Maintain impeccable presentation and visual standards
- Assist in mentoring junior team members where required
