Electrical Manager

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Manager to lead the electrical delivery of a high-profile CAT A / CAT B commercial fit‑out project. The successful candidate will oversee all electrical works from pre‑construction through commissioning and handover, ensuring delivery is safe, compliant, on programme, and within budget.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands‑on manager with strong commercial fit‑out experience and the ability to coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and site teams in a fast‑paced environment.

Electrical Manager Key Responsibilities

• Manage all electrical packages across CAT A and CAT B fit‑out works
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and specialist installers
• Ensure compliance with current regulations, specifications, and HSE requirements
• Review drawings, technical submissions, and procurement schedules
• Chair site meetings and coordinate with project management teams
• Monitor progress against programme and resolve site issues efficiently
• Oversee testing, commissioning, snagging, and final handover
• Maintain quality control standards throughout the project lifecycle
• Liaise directly with clients, consultants, and main contractors

Electrical Manager Requirements

• Gold / Black ECS card
• SMSTS
• Proven experience managing electrical works on commercial fit‑out projects
• Strong understanding of CAT A and CAT B delivery processes
• Strong knowledge of building regulations and health & safety compliance
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and tight project deadlines
