Job Description: Join a high-ambition startup as the first sales hire working directly with a second-time founder. You will execute end-to-end outbound prospecting while simultaneously architecting the company’s scalable sales engine and CRM infrastructure. What you will do

  • Execute high-volume outbound prospecting across cold email and calling to generate quality opportunities and identify ideal customer profiles.
  • Build and manage the end-to-end sales pipeline, ensuring meticulous CRM hygiene and implementing AI-driven automation for follow-ups and reporting.
  • Develop post-conversion account management workflows to reduce churn, drive repeat usage, and increase lifetime value through systematic renewals and upsells.

The ideal candidate

  • Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and build operational processes from scratch while maintaining a high daily output of sales activities.
  • Highly analytical and technical enough to tailor CRMs (like Attio or HubSpot) and use modern LLMs to increase outreach quality and speed.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a track record of running structured discovery calls rather than generic “spray and pray” outreach tactics.
