Store Manager
Horace is looking for a Store Manager for our Covent Garden store! We are also looking for a Store Advisor full time for our second boutique in London at Canary Wharf. We’re looking for a quick thinker who can find solutions to create a unique experience. You’ll manage everything from advice to stock and administration to create the best possible experience.
Responsibilities
- Maintain store cleanliness and be well‑stocked; share maintenance needs with the office team; manage supplies.
- Keep stock organized and in impeccable condition; manage inventory for sales and stock areas; coordinate supplies with the office team.
- Participate in monitoring business activity in line with KPIs (sales, sales index, average basket, conversion rate).
- Welcome customers and act as first point of contact; create a special atmosphere and engage; share the Horace story and act as a brand expert; share product knowledge and personal experience; help customers choose the right products; guide customers through the space and anticipate their needs.
Qualifications & Skills
- At least two years of experience in a boutique in any sector; experience in the cosmetics sector is a plus.
- Passionate about creating an unforgettable customer experience and attention to detail.
- Can step back and find solutions, especially regarding the customer experience.
- Flexible with hours, evenings, and weekends.
Interview Process
- Screening with Head of Talent Acquisition to get to know you and understand your career plan.
- Interview with Store Manager to discuss the position and answer questions.
The hourly rate for this role starts from £15.00 per hour, depending on experience.
