Overview

If you’re a commercially minded Event Director who enjoys driving revenue and getting the best out of sales teams – this could be a great next step! We’re working with an established international events business looking for someone to take the lead on a key portfolio and drive strong commercial performance across existing events.

Responsibilities

• Driving exhibitor, sponsorship & partnership revenue
• Leading and supporting a sales team to achieve (and exceed) targets
• Working closely with marketing to deliver strong, relevant audience growth
• Collaborating with operations to ensure smooth, high-quality event delivery
• Managing rebook strategy to maximise repeat business
• Spotting opportunities to optimise revenue across your events

About You / Qualifications

• Comfortable leading or mentoring sales teams
• Strong commercial awareness without needing full ownership of a business unit
• Organised, hands-on, and confident working across multiple teams
• Able to build solid relationships with clients and partners
