Fleet Allocator – Salisbury South

Full‑time, permanent position located at our Salisbury South branch. This role offers free onsite parking and the opportunity to contribute to a national transport company.

Duties

• Manage fleet allocations for bulk operations.
• Monitor loads to ensure compliance with legislative requirements.
• Ensure all allocations and dispatch operations are performed at the highest service level.
• Coordinate the flow of paperwork, ensuring a high level of accuracy.
• Understand client needs and proactively meet current and future requirements.

Skills & Experience

• Experience in fleet allocation.
• Previous experience in a pick‑up/radio room setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem‑solving skills with great attention to detail.
• Commitment to delivering high customer service, every time.
• Valid driver’s licence.
• Strong team ethic and work ethic.
• Willingness to complete a Drug & Alcohol test and Police Check.
