Overview

Customer Advisor – TradePoint

Part‑time (15 hours per week), permanent contract.

Responsibilities

  • Operate the Tradepoint counter, engaging and advising trade members.
  • Take ownership of TradePoint members, understanding their businesses through conversation.
  • Recommend appropriate products and services to members.
  • Promote and enrol members into the trade loyalty scheme.
  • Flexibly cover teamwork duties, including weekends, evenings and bank holidays.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to adjust approach for varied customers and colleagues.
  • Strong relationship‑building and opportunity‑spotting skills.
  • Motivation for continuous skill development through training.
  • Willingness to contribute as part of a team.
