Retail National Account Manager

A premium international consumer brand is seeking an experienced Retail National Account Manager to join its growing UK operation based in Walton on Thames, Surrey.

Package

Salary: £50,000 plus bonus.

Role

• Manage and develop relationships with major national retail accounts.
• Deliver account growth through strategic planning and commercial activity.
• Build and implement joint business plans with retail partners.
• Monitor sales performance, forecasts, and market trends.
• Work closely with internal teams including marketing, operations, and product.
• Support product launches, promotions, and retail initiatives.
• Attend client meetings and regular account reviews.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience within a National Account Manager or Key Account Manager role.
• Background within retail, premium consumer goods, or luxury brands.
• Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
• Experience managing large retail customers.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building ability.
• Well‑organised and proactive approach.
• Full UK driving licence preferred.
