This is a full 360 recruitment role, combining business development, client management, and administration.
Responsibilities
- Generating new business through proactive sales and cold calling
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Managing the full recruitment cycle from vacancy to placement
- Handling urgent and reactive staffing requirements
Qualifications
- Proven experience in driving or industrial recruitment
- Confidence managing pay rates, charge rates, GP, and margins
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Calm and effective under pressure
- Solid knowledge of temporary recruitment processes, RTW (Right to Work) legislation, and driver compliance regulations
