Location: North East England

Salary: £30,000 – £38,000 (DOE) + Company Vehicle + Overtime + Benefits

The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Field Service Engineer to join our growing team, supporting customers across the North East. If you’ve got a solid background repairing and maintaining photocopiers and MFDs and want a role where you’re trusted to get on with the job—this is it.

You’ll be responsible for servicing and repairing a range of office equipment at customer sites, keeping downtime low and customers happy.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Repairing and maintaining photocopiers and MFDs
• Diagnosing faults and completing first‑time fixes where possible
• Installing and configuring devices (including basic networking/scanning)
• Managing your own daily workload and service calls
• Delivering a professional, customer‑focused service

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience working on photocopiers/MFDs (essential)
• Experience with brands like Toshiba, Canon, Ricoh, Konica Minolta, Kyocera, Xerox
• Strong fault‑finding and diagnostic skills
• Basic networking knowledge (IP, scanning, drivers)
• Full UK driving licence
• Able to work independently in a field‑based role
