Overview

Ascot Bridging Finance is on the lookout for a Portfolio Manager to oversee our growing book of bridging loans.

Responsibilities

• Manage & monitor a portfolio of active bridging loans.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, brokers & solicitors.
• Identify risks early and implement strategies.
• Collaborate with underwriting, legal & finance teams.
• Ensure a seamless client journey from drawdown to redemption.

What we’re looking for

• Experience in bridging, property finance, or specialist lending.
• Proactive, detail-focused, and client-oriented.
• Able to juggle multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.
• 32 days holiday (including bank holidays) + your birthday off
