As a Security Officer, you’ll be responsible for maintaining the safety and security of our guests, team members, and property.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols of guest areas, back‑of‑house, and external perimeters
- Monitor fire alarms, and access control systems
- Respond to incidents, disturbances, and emergencies with discretion and professionalism
- Complete detailed incident reports and maintain accurate security logs
- Support front‑of‑house and night teams with guest assistance and room access
- Ensure compliance with all hotel safety and emergency procedures
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a security role, ideally within hospitality or a customer‑facing environment
- Valid SIA licence (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- A calm, professional presence and a strong sense of responsibility
- Flexibility to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
