Job Description

THE TEAM

Data Solutions is a group‑wide practice that delivers end‑to‑end Data and Reporting Solutions for key Global Network Clients. The team works with stakeholders to understand and analyse technical reporting requirements, define business rules for data ingestion, and lead development of proprietary data technology.

THE ROLE

We are hiring for two Associate Director positions. One is a 9‑12 month fixed term contract and the other is a permanent contract. As an Associate Director, you will manage Juniors and Managers, lead communication between business and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle, and ensure business requirements are accurately translated into technical briefings, driving development and delivery.

Responsibilities

ROLE SUMMARY

Team

  • Provide support managing client team relationships for major Global Network Clients, collaborating across the network.
  • Act as support to Data Solutions team members, providing leadership oversight on global reporting solutions deployed across top accounts.
  • Collaborate closely with essential team leads to enhance technical processes, developments, and communication.

Client Team Management & Client Support

  • Maintain relationships with Global Reporting Leads, providing updates on solutions and managing expectations.
  • Work with Data Solutions account leads on top accounts to ensure solutions are managed effectively.
  • Guide the team to offer top‑notch service, integrating broader technical support to achieve client objectives.

Data Integrations & Quality Assurance

  • Apply expert knowledge of systems to enable effective problem‑solving.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to transform requirements into actionable insights, including identifying bottlenecks and implementing faster workarounds.
  • Ensure data quality in dashboards, alignment between source and platform, and coordinate across technical teams for end‑to‑end accuracy.

Dashboard / Solution Build & Maintenance

  • Lead and advise on preparing dashboard wireframes; brief developers after sign‑off.
  • Direct teams on testing and collaborate with technical teams to meet client requirements.
  • Troubleshoot dashboard errors, liaising with technical teams through to completion.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrable experience in a data development or data operations role at Senior Manager level or above.
  • Expertise in client management and consultative experience, including presentation and issue resolution.
  • A working knowledge of media agency operations and the media buying process.
  • Excellent understanding of data and business intelligence technologies.
  • Experience in a cross‑functional team environment.
  • Hands‑on problem‑solving abilities with a “can do” mindset.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and adherence to deadlines.
