Job Title Demand/Lead Generation Executive (Outbound)
We’re looking for a hands‑on outreach expert who can consistently generate qualified B2B leads from UK, US, and Australia through outbound channels (LinkedIn + Email + cold calling if needed). You will own the end‑to‑end outbound process: list building → messaging → follow‑ups → appointment booking → pipeline hygiene.
What you will sell:
- AI Consulting & Automation (agentic workflows, GenAI copilots, business automations)
- E‑commerce & Retail AI solutions (product workflows, content/personalization, operations automation)
- Enterprise AI / OfficeIQ (custom assistants trained on client data, internal copilots)
Key Responsibilities
1) Lead Research & Targeting (UK/US/AU)
- Build targeted prospect lists (ICP‑based) for industries such as e-commerce brands, retailers, agencies, SaaS, services, and mid‑market businesses.
- Identify decision makers: Founders, CEOs, CMOs, Heads of Ecom/Marketing, Product Heads, Ops Heads.
2) Run daily outbound campaigns using:
- LinkedIn (connection + DM sequences)
- Cold email (personalised sequences, multi‑touch follow‑ups)
- Optional: cold calling / WhatsApp (only if strategy supports)
- Write high‑converting messaging that focuses on pain → value → proof → CTA.
3) Qualification & Meeting Booking
- Qualify inbound/outbound replies (budget/timeline/need fit).
- Book meetings on our calendar with clear context, notes, and next steps.
- Maintain CRM hygiene: pipeline stages, notes, follow‑ups, statuses.
- Weekly reporting on outreach metrics and learnings (what worked, what didn’t).
- A/B test subject lines, angles, CTAs, and ICP segments.
- Improve deliverability (email warmup, domain health, bounce control).
Must‑Have Skills & Experience
- 2–5+ years in outbound lead generation / SDR / appointment setting for B2B services or SaaS.
- Proven experience generating meetings/leads from UK/US/AU markets.
- Strong copywriting for cold emails + LinkedIn messages (short, crisp, personalised).
- Experience with tools like Apollo/ZoomInfo/Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot/Pipedrive, Lemlist/Instantly/Mailshake, Google Sheets.
- Comfortable with daily activity targets + performance‑driven work culture.
Good‑to‑Have (Strong Advantage)
- Experience selling AI services, software development services, digital transformation, or e‑commerce tech.
- Understanding of Shopify/Commerce, product content workflows, or creative production pipelines.
- Ability to create simple offer positioning + outreach angles (not just “send messages”).
