As an Operations Manager, you’ll take full ownership of the operational performance of your shift. You’ll lead the Inbound teams, Manual and International processes, ensuring a safe, compliant, efficient and high-performing operation.You’ll be responsible for creating a high‑performance culture, driving KPIs, maximising resource planning, solving operational challenges and delivering exceptional service for our clients. Your leadership will directly influence shift performance, cost control, employee engagement and continuous improvement across the hub.ResponsibilitiesLead daily operations across Inbound, Manual and International functions for your designated shift Allocate resources effectively to meet volume and service demands across all shift hours Drive shift performance and ensure compliance with all H&S, quality and SLA standards Use data to root-cause failed KPIs and deliver clear action plans for improvement Coach, develop and engage your team through 1:1s, performance reviews and regular communication Control shift costs and ensure strong operational planning, reporting and accountabilityInterested?
