Project Quantity Surveyor
We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Estimator & Quantity Surveyor to join our construction consultancy team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to contribute to a growing business delivering high-quality services across a diverse project portfolio.
Location: Based in Bridgnorth, with site visits as required.Start date: Immediate.Experience required: Minimum 5 years in a relevant role.Qualifications: HNC/HND or degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or equivalent.

Key responsibilities:
- Preparing detailed cost estimates and cost plans
- Producing bills of quantities and tender documentation
- Managing project costs throughout the lifecycle
- Liaising with clients, contractors, and suppliers
- Attending site visits to support delivery teams
Candidate requirements:
- Proven experience in estimating and/or quantity surveying
- Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness
- Confident communicator with good client-facing skills
- Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft Excel
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
