We are a cross‑functional team of growth strategists, product builders, and creative designers who build products that people want to use. We work with brands such as L’Oréal, IKEA, British Airways, Virgin and JLR, and we help transform how people live, shop, bank, work, and travel.

Responsibilities

  • Combine product vision, strategic thinking and design leadership to shape and deliver innovative digital products, services and ventures.
  • Translate complex client challenges into clear product opportunities – defining the vision, shaping strategy, and guiding teams from concept through to validated product and scalable solution.
  • Apply strong product thinking grounded in user insight, business viability and technology feasibility.
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams through ambiguity, helping clients make confident decisions and turning bold ideas into tangible outcomes.
  • Guide the end‑to‑end product innovation process, from opportunity exploration to MVP launch and iteration.

  • Shape the MVP strategy, prioritising the right capabilities and defining the fastest path to validated learning.
  • Collaborate closely with designers and engineers to translate ideas into intuitive, elegant and buildable product experiences.
  • Oversee rapid prototyping, testing and iteration to validate assumptions and refine product direction.
  • Ensure product design supports scalability and aligns with long‑term growth and operational models.
  • Run day‑to‑day delivery of product workstreams, maintaining high standards of thinking, craft and execution.
  • Act as a trusted partner to clients, challenging assumptions and guiding complex decisions.
  • Collaborate with Growth and Creative leads to align product strategy with commercial models and venture scaling pathways.
  • Support proposal and pitch development, contributing product thinking that strengthens our approach to client challenges.
  • Drive smooth team operation through planning, rituals, and collaborative working methods.
  • Contribute to the evolution of the venture studio by elevating product thinking, design quality and ways of working.
  • Mentor junior designers and product thinkers, helping them grow their craft and strategic perspective.
  • Partner with strategy and creative partners to advance quality of thinking, craft and outcomes across the creative spectrum.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 8+ years of demonstrable experience in product design, product strategy, service design or digital innovation within a consultancy, startup, scale‑up or in‑house product team.
  • Strong track record of leading the definition and delivery of digital products from concept through launch or validated prototype.
  • Comfortable navigating the intersection of user needs, business strategy and technology.
  • Experience leading cross‑functional teams with strategists, designers, engineers and growth specialists.
  • Strategic thinking combined with the ability to translate vision into tangible product decisions and experiences.

  • Flexible mindset that adapts across disciplines, balancing strategic direction with hands‑on product thinking.
  • Proactive, entrepreneurial attitude and growth mindset, able to navigate ambiguity and push ideas forward.
  • High standards of craft and thinking, passionate about using design and product thinking to solve meaningful problems.
  • Appreciation for team culture and experience owning and delivering cultural initiatives outside of work.
