Overview

Are you a Maintenance Engineer with some leadership experience, looking to take the next step in your career and fully progress into a Supervisor role, working in a large industrial site both on and off the tools?

Are you looking to be recognised as the go‑to Engineer on site, with plenty of responsibility and new challenges to tackle every day?

The Role

• Perform reactive maintenance on a range of machinery, equipment, and facilities, including PLCs, 3‑phase electrics, sensors, and motors.
• Work on 3‑phase machinery, sensors, motors and PLCs.
• Lead a team of 5 on site.
• Monday to Friday 7am – 4pm, 40 hours a week.
• Overtime paid at a premium, 10 hours a week available.

Required Experience and Personal Attributes

• Maintenance Engineer or a similar role in Manufacturing, Industrial, Ex‑Forces or a similar background.
• Electrical experience.
• Desire to step into a Supervisor position.
• Good leadership skills and ability to manage a small team.
