You will provide personal care and practical support while building positive relationships and promoting wellbeing.This role involves close personal care and, due to the nature of the support required, there is a genuine occupational requirement for female staff.Key responsibilities include:Providing personal care with dignity and respectSupporting with mobility and daily living activitiesPreparing meals and supporting with nutritionAdministering medication in line with guidanceSupporting individuals to take part in activities and daily routinesMaintaining accurate digital recordsPromoting independence, safety and wellbeing at all times
