Head of SEND & Inclusion (SENCo) – Thrive & Leadership

Shorefields invites applications for the SENCO position at St Helen’s Catholic Primary School, starting September 2026. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong knowledge of SEND legislation and provide strategic leadership for SEND and inclusion.

Responsibilities include teaching pupils with SEND, leading a team of Inclusion Assistants and contributing to the Senior Management Team. We offer professional development opportunities and a supportive leadership team.
