Head of Growth (DTC) – London – Salary DOE

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Head of Growth at a high-growth direct-to-consumer brand in the health & wellness space, scaling a single hero product with £100m+ revenue potential. As they enter their next growth phase, they are hiring a Head of Growth to own and build the entire revenue engine.

This is not a channel manager role. This is full-funnel revenue ownership.

You will design, execute, and continuously optimise the full DTC growth system:

Working hands‑on, you’ll make fast, data‑driven decisions that directly impact CAC, payback periods, subscription performance, and revenue scale.

This role will be based 4 days in the office and 1 WFH.

What You’ll Own

  • Budget allocation and scaling frameworks
  • High‑velocity creative testing (hooks, angles, UGC, formats)
  • Funnel architecture and landing page optimisation
  • LTV:CAC improvement and payback acceleration

Ideal Profile

  • Proven DTC operator (wellness/consumer preferred)
  • Experience scaling from ~£5m to £20m+ revenue
  • Strong creative and performance instincts
  • Deep understanding of CAC, contribution margin, and subscription economics
  • Hands‑on executor, not purely strategic
  • Comfortable managing freelancers and specialist partners
