The role and what you take care of:

Magna is looking for a progressive Business Analyst to join the Digital team. In this role, you will help different teams across the organisation improve the way they work and support change projects. These could include new technology, changes to processes, new operating models, or regulatory updates. You will speak with stakeholders, understand what they need, and turn that information into clear requirements and strong business cases. You will also need to handle unclear information, choose the right approach for each project, and turn ideas into practical actions.

  • Gather and manage business requirements for different projects, and create clear documents such as requirement lists and process maps.

  • Help prepare business cases by identifying costs, benefits, risks, and potential impacts.

  • Work with technical teams to make sure solutions meet business needs and deliver the expected benefits.

  • Plan and run stakeholder workshops, and build strong working relationships to improve current processes.

  • Support and improve the process for managing operational change, help create a consistent business analysis approach, and work with trainers to include change impacts in training.

What you need to be successful:

  • Experience in a similar role in a professional setting is essential. Relevant qualifications in business analysis would be advantageous.

  • Good knowledge of business analysis tools and methods, such as document review, process mapping, structured questioning, gap analysis, and mind mapping.

  • Excellent communication skills, including interviewing, leading discussions, resolving issues, and presenting information clearly. Experience creating business cases and assessing options for change is also important.

  • Strong stakeholder management and analytical skills, along with practical knowledge of project management methods, tools, and techniques.

Applicants with transferable qualities are encouraged to apply.
