Responsibilities
- Produce and maintain records on customer specifications for deliveries for allocated customers.
- Send Sales Solicitations to retail customers and collate replies for the Purchase sign-off.
- To monitor all Sales Orders received. Orders are received from customers on paper format and need to be input accurately.
- When stock is on allocation track that Sales Orders are within the volumes issued to Salesperson / Customer.
- Raising Proforma invoices and liaising with Finance Department accordingly.
- To liaise with customers to ensure that delivery schedules are met or that customers are kept informed of delays.
- Track orders at 3pl distribution centre to ensure they are despatched on time.
- Work to resolve any logistical issues that prevent the 3pl distribution centre from sending customer orders.
- To liaise with our 3pl distribution centre, advising of product reworks.
- To manage backorders ensuring that they are despatched upon stock being available.
- Reporting to the business on Sales Order despatch.
- Awareness of monthly sales targets.
- To undertake any ad-hoc tasks as directed by your manager.
- Supporting other members of Operations team in periods of high workload and holiday / sickness.

- Minimum intermediate level Excel

- Knowledge of Anime and the UK toy industry is advantageous
- Experience of logistics systems, ideally within a retail distribution setting
