The Role
- Lead the finance function, ensuring strong controls and accurate reporting
- Prepare monthly management accounts, budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow analysis
- Manage audit processes and ensure compliance with statutory requirements
- Oversee R&D tax credits, grant funding, and external stakeholder relationships
- Support operational and commercial teams with financial insight and KPI reporting
The Person
- Qualified ACA, ACCA, or CIMA accountant
- Proven leadership experience within a finance environment
- Strong technical accounting and commercial awareness
- Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced business
