We’re looking for a driven and energetic Lead Generation Executive to join our team based in Heathrow. This is a fantastic entry point into a commercial sales environment, where your focus will be on identifying and qualifying new opportunities and passing them to our field sales team to convert.
This is a fast-paced, phone-led role where success comes from proactivity, resilience, and a hunger to succeed. You’ll be responsible for generating a strong pipeline of qualified leads by engaging potential customers across key sectors. You won’t be closing deals — instead, you’ll play a critical role at the front end of the sales process, opening doors and setting up opportunities for the wider team.
What you’ll be doing
- Proactively identify, contact, and engage new prospects across target markets
- Qualify opportunities and pass high-quality leads to the field sales team
- Work through cold data, lapsed customers, and existing SME accounts
- Build and manage structured weekly call and contact plans
- Maintain accurate records and activity in CRM systems
- Support the onboarding process to get new customers set up and trading quickly
- Collaborate closely with Sales and internal teams to keep the pipeline moving
