Specialist team looking to support improved response and resolution in relation to complaints and disputes.
We are looking for a Team leader who has significant experience and expertise in the statutory processes relating to EHC plans and also understands the need to work with families and schools in a relational way to support resolution.
Responsibilities
- Introduce robust complaint and medication tracking tailored to SEND
- Triage and manage SEND complaints and mediation requests
- Reduce overdue complaints and escalation risk
- Generate learning and insight to improve practice
- Prepare the system for SEND inspection in relation to complaints
