In this role you will
- Challenge clients to think differently in how they can power their people today and ready them for tomorrow with the right skills and capabilities; e.g., by supporting clients to transition to become a Skills Based Organisation (SBO).
- Understand how digital and AI are impacting the workforce and the required transformational change will mean new skills and roles to tap future value.
- Support organisations to develop their Talent Strategy; understanding the skills they have, the skills they need and how best to address their skill gaps.
- Support clients to future‑proof their workforce planning through Strategic Workforce Planning to align the workforce with business goals.
- Deliver Talent, learning and reskilling projects to build the right capability for clients.
- Support complex and large-scale Technology transformation programmes to implement an impactful learning and skilling experience.
- Support clients to rethink ways of working and the behaviours needed to equip their teams to deliver results quickly.
- Help clients build a Skills Architecture, to define, map and manage its workforce’s skill landscape, connecting them to roles, career paths and business goals.
- Be versed on Technology that underpins Talent engagements (LXP, LMS, etc.) and advise clients on appropriate tooling.
- Support the growth of the Talent & Skilling consulting practice through innovation, capability growth, thought leadership, and market eminence.
- Support in creating market-relevant Talent & Skilling points of view, blogs and offerings to create market eminence for Accenture’s Talent consulting.
- Have experience delivering talent, learning, skills or workforce transformation for Health and/or Public Sector clients (e.g., NHS, DHSC/ALBs, local government, blue‑light).
- Be familiar with public sector governance and assurance expectations, including auditability and delivery in regulated environments.
- Be aware of UK information governance and data protection requirements when working with sensitive personal data.
- Have existing UK government security clearance (e.g., BPSS or SC), or prior experience working in clearance‑required environments.
