As a Founding Engineer, you will spearhead the development of an agentic platform disrupting traditional industrial workflows. You will own the entire stack, from building sophisticated multi-agent orchestration systems to deploying scalable microservices. This is a high-impact role for a cracked engineer who thrives in ambiguity and ships end-to-end solutions.

What you will do

• Build and optimize agentic tool orchestration and multi-agent systems using Pydantic AI and chain-of-thought reasoning.
• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of features, from React/Next.js frontends to Postgres and containerized microservices on AWS.
• Collaborate directly with customers to iterate on product direction and integrate various APIs via REST, OAuth2, and webhooks.

The ideal candidate

• Has a couple of years of experience post-university and a proven track record of shipping end-to-end products.
• Deeply understands information retrieval, message brokers like Redis/Kafka, and security considerations specific to LLM systems.
• Highly agentic personality who works on side projects for fun and possesses an obsessive, problem-solving mindset.
