About the job you’re considering

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Lead Consultant to join our expanding Oracle Cloud SaaS team to lead and deliver Oracle Cloud HCM projects for a range of clients.

Your Role

As an Oracle HCM Cloud Lead Consultant, you will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of Oracle HCM solutions for our clients. You will work closely with client stakeholders to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective HCM solutions. Additionally, you will play a vital role in pre‑sales activities, including bid opportunities, solution proposals, and client presentations.

Key Responsibilities

Design and Implementation

  • Lead the end‑to‑end design and implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, including Core HR, Talent Management, Recruiting, Performance Management, Learning, HR Helpdesk, and other HCM modules.
  • Conduct requirements gathering sessions, workshops, and interviews with clients to understand their business processes and needs.
  • Configure and support configuration of the Oracle HCM Cloud applications to meet client‑specific requirements and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.

Client Engagement

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, providing expert guidance and support.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate clients on the functionalities and best practices of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle HCM Cloud applications, ensuring timely and effective resolution.

Pre‑Sales and Bid Support

  • Collaborate with the sales team to support new business opportunities and develop tailored HCM Cloud solutions for prospective clients.
  • Participate in pre‑sales activities, including client presentations, demonstrations, and proposal development.
  • Assist in the creation of bid responses, solution proposals, and other sales collateral.

Continuous Improvement

  • Stay current with the latest trends and advancements in Oracle HCM Cloud technology and share knowledge with the team.
  • Contribute to the development and enhancement of internal methodologies, tools, and best practices.

Your skills and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation and consulting in a complex project environment.
  • Minimum of 3 full end‑to‑end Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
  • Strong understanding of HCM and Talent processes, product capabilities, roadmap, and best practices.
  • Proven expertise in configuring and implementing Oracle HCM Cloud modules such as Core HR, Talent Management, Recruiting, Performance Management, Learning and HR Helpdesk.
  • Additional skills and experience in implementing at least one or more of the following products such as Compensation, Benefits and Absence would be desirable.

Certifications

  • Oracle Global Human Resources Cloud Implementation Professional Certification
  • Oracle Talent Management Cloud Implementation Professional Certification
  • Oracle Recruiting Cloud Implementation Professional Certification
  • Oracle Learning Cloud Implementation Professional Certification
  • Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence clients at all levels.
  • Experience in pre‑sales activities, including client presentations and proposal development.
  • Professional CIPD qualification is desirable.
  • Current UK Government SC clearance is desirable.
