Luxury Clienteling Manager — Build Elite Clientele

LVMH Group is seeking a VIC Manager to lead a team in Greater London. You will be responsible for delivering an elevated client experience, training new team members, and developing long-term customer relationships that drive sales. With over 7 years in retail, preferably in luxury, you will guide your team to achieve a target of £1.2 million+ annually from VIC clients.

This role requires strong leadership, coaching skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service. Fluency in foreign languages like Arabic, Russian, or Mandarin is a plus.
