Managing Quantity Surveyor – Responsive Repairs | Middlesbrough We are working with a leading organisation in the housing and maintenance sector to recruit a Managing Quantity Surveyor for their Middlesbrough-based Commercial team. The Role You’ll lead the commercial function across responsive repairs and void works, managing a team of Surveyors while driving profitability, performance, and client value. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on contract and financial management.
