We are looking for a professional sales professional who will support this home to increase occupancy. You will deliver a full range of sales and marketing approaches to drive sales including handling enquiries, developing the digital profile of the home and networking with the local community.

Have proven sales and marketing experience preferably in healthcare but not essential Have the ability to analyse data on Salesforce or similar CRM application Have interpersonal and professional qualities Confident user of Microsoft Office (Excel/Powerpoint) Full UK driving licence.
Talking to potential new residents over the phone, and providing informative and welcoming tours of the home. Actively generate leads and identify local marketing opportunities. Maintain a contacts database.
