Audit Semi Senior – Guildford, Surrey (Hybrid Working)
Our client is a leading firm of independent accountants with a well-established customer base. They have a dynamic and highly experienced management team, who pride themselves on providing high‑quality accounting, taxation and business advice. The firm offers exciting prospects for aspiring and self‑motivated Audit Semi Seniors.
Responsibilities
- Report directly to one of the Partners with predominant focus on Audit (80‑90%). Clients cover a wide variety of industries with turnovers between £20 and £25M.
- Develop and maintain long‑term business relationships with clients through excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Qualifications & Experience
- Committed PQACA or ACCA qualified accountant.
- 12‑18 months audit experience gained in a UK accounting firm.
- Desire to transition to an independent firm offering a high level of autonomy.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary band: £25,000 – £32,000, set by Fletcher George, based on level of study and relevant experience.

Location & Commute
This Guildford‑based role is commutable from Woking, Kingston, Weybridge, Leatherhead, Twickenham and surrounding areas.
