Senior Product Designer

About the Role

Shape the future of event experiences through thoughtful, user-centered design. You’ll lead design initiatives across our platform, working closely with product and engineering.

What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end design for major product features
• Conduct user research and translate insights into designs
• Create and maintain our design system
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure design quality
• Mentor junior designers and elevate team capabilities

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of product design experience
• Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools
• Experience with design systems at scale
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with motion design and micro-interactions
• Understanding of frontend development (HTML, CSS)
• Background in marketplace or ticketing platforms
• Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG)
