Responsibilities

  • Operate and manage all printing equipment on site.
  • Provide additional services to the client as requested in accordance with the contract.
  • Produce and manage work in accordance with specification and schedule, including booking, reproduction, scanning, binding, stock checks, packaging and delivery to clients.
  • Ensure print and mail room equipment is serviceable and operable during contractual hours.
  • Ensure and manage post delivery on time according to the site SLA.
  • Assist and manage all post‑room services.
  • Assist and manage scanning and imaging requests.

Desired Qualifications

  • Advanced knowledge of standard Microsoft Office packages.
  • Effective team‑leadership skills.
  • Experience managing and developing staff when applicable.
  • Good literacy and numeracy skills.
  • Good knowledge of outsourcing processes.
  • Previous experience as a Print Room Supervisor/Manager.
