What you’ll need to succeed:
- At least eight years’ experience within a UK structural engineering consultancy.
- Strong proficiency in 3D design (Tekla essential; Revit experience advantageous).
- Chartered status with IStructE or ICE.
- Degree-qualified (MEng or BEng in Civil Engineering, or equivalent).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and client‑facing skills.
- A proactive, collaborative approach with strong problem‑solving ability.
