We are seeking a motivated and driven Junior Investment Broker to join our growing London team. This is an entry-level position ideal for individuals looking to build a career in financial services, brokerage, or investment sales. You will be responsible for contacting prospective clients, qualifying leads, and supporting senior brokers in managing client portfolios.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to prospective investors to introduce the company’s products and services.
Qualify leads by identifying interest, suitability, investment goals, and risk profile.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and product knowledge when speaking with clients.
Schedule appointments and hand off qualified leads to senior brokers.
Keep accurate records of interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.
Support the brokerage team with administrative tasks, research, and client updates.
Build foundational knowledge of markets, investment products, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, confident on the phone.
Highly motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
Ability to handle objections and maintain a professional tone.
Interest in financial markets, investments, and client-facing roles.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Previous experience in a telesales position.
