Banking Test Director: Transformation Quality Leader

Square One Resources is seeking an experienced Test Director to support a major Banking & Capital Markets transformation programme. This hybrid role will involve shaping the test strategy and leading complex test delivery while ensuring quality and managing stakeholder expectations.

The ideal candidate will have senior leadership experience within Quality Engineering and a strong background in UK Banking or Financial Services. Familiarity with test management tools such as JIRA and experience in offshore team management are also required.
