A fantastic opportunity to work for a leading FM Service Provider situated in Charing Cross, London. CBW is currently looking for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to be based in a commercial office building located in the Charing Cross, London. The successful candidate will be mechanical/plumbing biased (NVQ, C&G) with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance.
Working with the maintenance team on-site, he or she will be required to carry out mechanical, electrical, and fabric maintenance to the following. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £42,000 for further training and career progression.
Duties
- Pumps, Motors, Seals, Bearings
- Emergency lighting
- Air Conditioning – Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
- Water Treatment (Temperature checks)
- Plumbing – Unblocking toilets, replace taps etc
- BMS System – Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds)
- LTHW
- DHWS
- CHW
Hours of work
- Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:00
Package
- Up to £42,000
- 22 days holiday plus bank holidays
- Overtime available
- Company pension
Requirements
- Mechanically / Plumbing qualified (C&G, NVQ etc)
- A proven track record in Building Maintenance
- Good Communication Skills.
- Good Leadership & Management skills
- Previous experience in healthcare is highly desirable
