Overview
Support the Stockton CAMHs Getting More Help Team and the Stockton CAMHs Child in Our Care Team as a Team Administrator for 12 months maternity cover.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to team members to ensure optimal care delivery.
- Serve as first point of contact for service users, families and carers, responding to enquiries and concerns over the telephone.
- Field enquiries from other agencies and professionals, take action when necessary and communicate messages accurately and timely to relevant personnel.
- Support and maintain standard systems and processes set by the Trust.
- Ensure messages are communicated accurately and timely, and manage confidential information sensitively.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and proven secretarial experience.
- Strong IT and organisational skills with good knowledge of information systems.
- Previous experience in a similar role, comfortable with multi‑tasking in a busy environment.
- Ability to prioritise workload, meet deadlines and maintain confidentiality.
