The role:
You’ll play a key role in supporting employer clients across a varied caseload, including:
- Advising on tribunal claims, TUPE, redundancies, and settlement agreements
- Drafting and reviewing contracts, handbooks, and workplace policies
- Managing contentious and non-contentious employment matters
- Instructing counsel and drafting tribunal documents
- Getting involved in business development, seminars, and article writing
- Mentoring junior team members and contributing to the firm’s future growth
What they’re looking for:
- A qualified solicitor with around 3–5 years’ PQE in employment law
- Someone who enjoys both the advisory and litigious sides of employment law
- Someone excited by the opportunity to help shape and grow a developing department
